Information workers provide
Workers may provide account information and resume information such as a name, profession, city, state, ZIP code, work history, skills, education, availability, certifications, profile photo, video link, and optional contact information.
Some resume fields include separate public-display controls. Worker Ready is intended to show employers only information the worker has chosen to make public. Private or hidden fields should not appear in the public resume, print view, PDF, or directory card.
Account and administrative information
Worker Ready administrators may access account and resume information needed to operate the service, moderate reports, provide support, manage Featured placement, manage advertising, and investigate misuse.
Public resume information
A public resume can be viewed, shared, printed, and downloaded as a PDF by visitors. Workers should not place information in public fields that they do not want employers or other visitors to see.
Location information
Worker Ready uses profession and location information to make resumes searchable. Exact address information is treated separately from general city, state, and ZIP search information and is shown publicly only when the worker has chosen the applicable public setting.
Profile views, advertising, and basic activity data
Worker Ready may count resume views and advertising impressions/clicks so workers and administrators can understand platform activity and advertisers can measure campaign performance. Basic technical information may also be used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
Payments
When online payments are enabled, payment-card information is handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Worker Ready. Worker Ready may retain transaction identifiers, subscription status, paid-through dates, refund status, and other information needed to manage the purchase.
Supervisor and verification contacts
Workers may optionally add supervisor or manager information for employment verification. The worker is responsible for having permission to share it. A verification contact appears publicly only when the worker has enabled its public-display option.
Reports and support messages
When someone submits a report or support request, Worker Ready stores or sends the information needed to review and respond to it. Reports may include the reported profile or advertisement, reason, notes, and administrative actions.
Data requests
For privacy questions, correction requests, or requests concerning account information, use the Contact & Support page and select Privacy / Data Request.
