Verification

Worker Ready may offer fields that help employers verify work history, such as optional supervisor or manager contact information. Worker Ready does not represent that every resume has been independently verified.

For employers

Use normal hiring diligence. Confirm identity, licenses, certifications, references, work authorization, and other job requirements directly and in accordance with applicable law.

For workers

Keep your resume accurate. Do not publish sensitive information you do not want the public to see. Use business/work contact information for verification contacts when possible and only share information you are permitted to share.

Report something

Use the “Report this profile” link on a public resume or the report option attached to a sponsored banner. For broader concerns, use Contact & Support and choose Safety / Report.

What happens after a report

A report is sent to the Worker Ready moderation queue and can generate an administrator email alert. Content is not automatically removed simply because someone reports it; an administrator reviews the report and decides what action is appropriate.
