Approval required

Submitting or paying for a banner does not automatically guarantee publication. Worker Ready may review the banner, destination website, targeting, dates, and other campaign information before launch.

Banner content

Advertisers are responsible for having the right to use their banner artwork, trademarks, images, claims, and destination content. Ads may not be deceptive, unlawful, malicious, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or designed to impersonate Worker Ready.

Sponsored labeling

Public banners are identified as sponsored content. Advertising does not influence Worker Ready’s worker search results except where an advertiser has purchased an ad placement that is displayed separately from worker listings.

Targeting and rotation

Campaigns may be targeted by placement, profession, state, city, or ZIP. Multiple eligible banners in a placement may rotate. Worker Ready does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks, applications, hires, or sales unless a separate written agreement specifically says otherwise.

Campaign dates

An active campaign may be scheduled with start and end dates. A campaign will not display before its start date, after its end date, while paused, or when it has no valid banner/destination URL.

Rejection and refunds

If Worker Ready rejects an advertising order after payment and the campaign has not been run, the payment should be refunded through the applicable payment method. If an active campaign is removed for violating these terms, a refund is not guaranteed.

Analytics

Worker Ready may provide impression, click, and click-through-rate statistics. These measurements are operational estimates and can be affected by browser behavior, blocking technology, bots, caching, and other technical factors.
