Featured means priority visibility
Featured is an optional paid visibility upgrade. When active and relevant to a search, an approved Featured resume can appear before regular matching resumes.
Featured does not mean verified or better qualified
A Featured badge does not mean Worker Ready endorses the worker, has verified every statement in the resume, or considers the worker more qualified than another person.
Capacity and approval
Worker Ready limits Featured placement by profession and geographic area to prevent the entire directory from becoming Featured. Payment alone does not guarantee approval. Capacity is checked before checkout where supported and again during administrative review.
If a paid request cannot be approved
If a paid Featured request cannot be approved, Worker Ready will cancel the related Featured subscription and process the applicable payment refund through the payment system when technically available.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
Featured subscriptions may renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling future renewal does not normally remove the Featured period already paid for; placement continues through the paid-through date as long as the resume remains eligible and public.
3-day hired-worker renewal refund
If a monthly Featured subscription renews and the worker is hired within 3 days (72 hours) after that renewal payment is successfully charged, the worker may request a full refund of that specific renewal charge from the Worker Ready Featured page. When the refund is processed, the subscription is cancelled and Featured placement ends immediately. The worker’s free resume is not deleted.
This 3-day grace period applies only to a recurring monthly renewal charge. It does not make the original Featured purchase refundable after placement has begun. After 72 hours from the renewal payment, that renewal charge is non-refundable, although future renewal can still be cancelled. Separate refunds still apply when Worker Ready rejects a paid Featured request because placement cannot be approved. Worker Ready may review requests for abuse or require reasonable confirmation of eligibility.
Resume remains free
Ending Featured placement does not delete the worker’s account or free resume. The resume simply returns to regular placement if it remains public.
