What Worker Ready is
Worker Ready is a hiring directory that lets workers publish digital resumes and lets employers or other visitors search and contact workers directly. It is not an employer, staffing agency, background-check company, or guarantor of employment.
Worker responsibilities
Workers are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish and for having permission to share any third-party contact information, references, supervisor information, photos, links, or other material included in a resume.
Employer and visitor responsibilities
Employers and visitors must use Worker Ready lawfully and may not use public resume information for harassment, discrimination, spam, identity theft, scraping for prohibited purposes, or other abusive activity.
No guarantee of employment or qualifications
Worker Ready does not guarantee that a worker will be hired, that an employer will respond, or that information supplied by a user is complete or independently verified. Employers remain responsible for their own interviews, reference checks, credential checks, background checks where lawful, and hiring decisions.
Featured placement
Featured placement changes visibility and ranking only. It is not an endorsement, certification, verification, recommendation, or statement that a Featured worker is more qualified than a regular worker.
Moderation
Worker Ready may make a resume private, suspend an account, pause an advertisement, remove content, or take other reasonable action when content violates these terms, creates a safety concern, is fraudulent, or interferes with operation of the service.
Service changes
Features, limits, pricing, placement rules, and site functionality may change as Worker Ready develops. Material changes to paid-service terms should be reflected on the relevant terms page.
